Smart-Automation is the easy way to manage and monitor a home, business, factory, farm, electricity kiosks, and/or electricity meters, all in one application, as per customer requirements. The system provides true intelligent automation and integration of sensors and devices that enable different kinds of automation and control for comfort, convenience, monitoring, power management, water level management, energy efficiency, security, and much more. It is simple to use, easy and flexible to implement, with full backline support and customer-friendly service at a reasonable price. It has been built locally (in South Africa) using latest technologies with the objective to enable our customers to achieve improved levels of efficiency, productivity and cost savings.

Hosting And Interface Options

Our Smart Automation solutions can be hosted locally on your own premises, or securely hosted on the cloud. It is web based and accessible from anywhere in the world, using only your mobile device or personal computer and an internet connection.

Multi-User Support And Sharing

Multiple users can be configured for one system, e.g. employees or family members can each have their own login with different rights. Smart Automation can also easily share specific sensors at specified times, e.g. a main entrance gate can be shared to a worker only on weekdays and within specified hours.

Switches, Sensors, Smart Icons

Smart icons are used to represent end-points that can be in two or three states (for example fully open, partially opened or closed, or on or off), like lights, doors, gates or windows.

Measure Water Flow

Simple flow measurement (in litres) through a standard 20mm pipe. Readings can be sent via email, SMS or in-app notifications at configurable intervals (e.g. daily, weekly, or monthly).

Gas Level

Gas bottle level monitoring and alert service when gas level is low, or gas bottle has moved from a load cell.

Cameras

Integrate with most IP cameras like Hikvision, Duhua, and more. Extra dashboards can be created for specific areas, e.g. for driveway where you can see the gate while opening or closing, or in a room.

Smart Access Control

The smart way to easily manage physical access to your high-security enclosures and electricity kiosks. It provides your organisation with secure remote monitoring and control of all your enclosures/kiosks via web or mobile app, with a bird's eye view of status and location on map of each enclosure/kiosk.

We use configurable smart electro-mechanical locking mechanisms, utilising GPRS communication technology and featuring easy firmware updates over the air.

We provide multiple secure options for opening an enclosure, and complete logs of tampering or access events. Access rules are fully programmable based on time period, specific users, area, etc.

Smart Metering

The smart way to easily manage electricity flow, usage and power credits. You can remotely monitor and control all your clients' meters, view remaining power credits, update power credits, detect 'power stealing', even apply power usage limits and automatically cut electricity if usage limits are exceeded.

Power Management

Power distribution monitoring between home, solar, batteries and the grid.

Our Smart Automation platform currently supports and integrates with many inverters, i.e. Goodwe, Victron, Growatt, Tesla, etc.

Several power management automations based on energy usage can be implemented according to the client's needs. For example, when reaching a specific power consumption reading, the system can send a notification and turn off certain devices, or if battery is full and there is extra capacity from the Solar, it can turn on the Geyser in the meantime.

Geyserwise Integration

Clear display of water temperature, collector temperature, geyser status, pump status, element status and temperature settings.

Smart Automation allows intelligent automation, for example when there is enough solar power, we can use it to automatically turn on the geyser, or automatically turn off the geyser if power usage in the home is too high.

Preventing Water Damage

With Smart Automation, you will not only be able to set different temperatures and switching on/off geyser with automatic timers, saving you on your energy bill, but the system is also capable of automatically closing the water to the geyser when a leak or burst is detected in the drip tray.

To enable this option, a water valve needs to be installed that is controlled separately from the Geyserwise system, but part of the overall Smart Automation system.

This will prevent any water damage that may lead to replacing ceilings, carpets, etc. or a very high-water bill, typically when you are not at home to close the water.

Timers

Easy to configure TIMERS for devices like geysers, pumps, sprinklers and outdoor lights around the home. Day, start time, end time and switching on/off can easily be set up.

Tracking

Live built-in tracking for motor vehicle, motorbike or bicycles with our tracking device. Supports

GEO-fencing, and exact location of vehicle is provided in real-time.
